Lo Tichanem

Chazal[1] learn from the pasuk לא תחנם[2] Lo Tichanem three injunctions:

  1. That it is forbidden to compliment a non-Jew. See those laws here: Complimenting Non-Jews.
  2. That it is forbidden to give a gift to a non-Jew. See those laws here: Giving Gifts to Non-Jews.
  3. That it is forbidden to give land to non-Jews.
