# One who is shaliach Tzibbur should pray according to the established nusach of the Minyan. In complicated circumstances, such as if someone wants to lead the Minyan as Shaliach Tzibbur but himself uses a different Nusach other than Ashkenaz, some say it's best for the tizbbur to be mochel and allow a Shaliach Tzibbur to pray in a different nusach.
