- Someone who has a dream and is very agitated/bothered by it in the morning should go before three friends and proceed with the version that is in the Siddur. [1]
- It is not obligatory but very good to fast that day from waking up until Tzet HaKochavim. [2]
- If the nightmare was caused because one was in great pain or fasting the previous day, one can assume that there is nothing to worry about. [3]
- Nowadays the Gedolim have lowered the emphasis on worrying about such dreams and fasting for them. [4]
