When Is the Earliest and Latest Time to Pray?: Difference between revisions

However, if you look in Shulchan Aruch and Mishna Berura there 12 and biur halacha s.v. kayvan. It doesn't seem so simple that someone who is sitting down can put on tefillin before misheyakir.)
