  1. A Brit Milah that falls out on Tisha B'av should be performed after Kinot.[1]

Brachot

Hagefen

  1. The cup of wine or grape juice is given to the mother to drink since she is exempt from fasting on Tisha B'av since she gave birth just 7 days prior.[2]

Besamim

  1. Besamim is not recited at a Brit Milah performed on Tisha B'av.[3]

Clothing

  1. The father and mother of the baby as well as the sandak and mohel should wear Shabbat clothing for a Brit Milah, even though it falls out on Tisha B'av. If after the brit they continue with Kinot or Iyov or Yirmiya they should change back out of their Shabbat clothing.[4]
