Riaz

  1. The Riaz, R' Yeshaya HaAcharon Z"l, was the grandson of the Tosafot Rid, R' Yeshaya HaRishon, and is often quoted by the Shiltei HaGibborim.[1]
  2. Chiddushei HaRiaz was not printed for some time, so it was not available to Rav Yosef Karo.[2]
