- The Mishneh LeMelech was originally written in essays ordered by Simanim, and his Talmid, Rav Yaakov Khulli, rearranged it according to the Mishneh Torah and included writings of the author from the margins. The Chida points out that there are some places where some writings that are by the Mishneh LeMelech's father and not himself, that were included. There's also one comment (Hilchot Bikkurim 9:8) that is not in the correct place.[1]
