So even if the Halacha Berura says that one could say 96 min before, I believe the Mishna Berura to be more applicable. (Also where does 96 come from?? I've seen 90?)) Tag: Visual edit

R Henkin in Gevuras Eliyahu (printed less than 10 yrs ago) has a teshuva to this effect. There is actually an English sefer called Dvar Yom, published by Isreal bookshop, where he challenges the idea that anyone really holds this way. A kuntres was written defending this minhag.
