It also equated havdala lighting with candle lighting, when there's more reason to be meikil with fluorescent light bulbs by candle lighting. It still needs some cleaning up. Also the footnote in 70 is very vague, and I couldn't find the line in the tzitz eliezer. Tag: Visual edit
