From Halachipedia

Taking out the Torah

  1. Some have the minhag to say the 13 midot when taking out the Torah on Yom Tov. Others don't do so, and each side has what to rely on. [1]

Shemoneh Esrei

  1. If one made a mistake and concluded the middle bracha of Shemoneh Esrei with the words Mikadesh HaShabbat instead of the correct conclusion Mikadesh Yisrael VeHaZmanim, if one remembers within Toch Kedi Dibbur one should correct it and continue, however, if one remembers after Kedi Dibbur one should return to the bracha of Atta Bechartanu.[2]
  2. With regards to the laws of Mussaf, see the Mussaf page.
  3. If one began with the weekday Shemoneh Esrei, the laws are the same for if one began the weekday Shemoneh Esrei on Shabbat. For the relevant laws, see the Shabbat_Davenings#Saying_the_weekday_Shemoneh_Esrei_by_mistake page. [3]
