  1. Someone who has a dream and is very agitated/bothered by it in the morning one should go before three friends and proceed with the version that’s in the Siddur. [1]
  2. It’s not obligatory but very good to fast that day from waking up until Tzet HaKochavim. [2]
  3. If the nightmare was caused because one was in great pain or fasting the previous day there’s nothing to worry about. [3]
  4. Nowadays the Gedolim have lowered the emphasis on worrying about such dreams and fasting for them. [4]
