The Gemara Brachot 45b states that one shouldn't answer Amen to one's own bracha except for the bracha of Boneh Yerushalayim. Many rishonim hold that any bracha which is a conclusion of a set of brachot is similar to Boneh Yerushalayim. See Shulchan Aruch Siman 51 and 215.
